The grades for the NNTI exam are online.  You find the grades under Materials -> Exam. You have also access to the points of each question in your profile. The float grades will be combined with the project grades and then rounded to the usual levels 1,0, 1.3, etc.

 

The exam inspection is on Friday, February 14th in the CoLi seminar room (building C7.3) according to the following schedule:

11:00-11:30  Matrikulation Number from  2545021 to  2575549,

11:30-12:00  Matrikulation Number from 2576552 to 2577835,

12:00-12:30 Matrikulation Number from  2577846 to 2581642.

Please check the seating plan beforehand to know which seat you have. The seating plan is specified by the matriculation number. You have to sit at the seat that is assigned to you.

Dear students,

The eligibility for the exam has been changed to 60% of the maximum points from the first 10 assignments and tutorials, that is 72 points. You should be able to see your total assignments points and attendance points by the end of this week. The progress bar is now activated in CMS.

If you wish to take the exam and you are fairly sure of getting enough points, please do register for the exam before the deadline even if grading is not completed by then. In case you register and do not have sufficient points, we would be able to de-register you next week, and it will not be counted as an exam attempt.

2) Every team should prepare a presentation of their project and give a short talk. There are two options for the date of the presentation: February 11th and March 4th. Please pick a day and fill in the following form (one per team) by January 20th.

Audience

This advanced lecture addresses Bachelor and Master students in Computer Science, CuK, Mechatronics, VC, Systems Engineering, etc. The corresponding LSF entry can be found here.

We plan to cover the following topics:

  2. Numerical Computation
  3. Machine Learning Basics
  4. Deep Feedforwad Neural Networks
  5. Regularization for Deep Learning
  6. Optimization for Deep Learning
  7. Convolutional Neural Networks
  8. Sequence Modelling: Recurrent and Recursive Neural Networks

Organisation

Lectures take place in HS II in building E1 3.

Time: Tuesday, 14:15-15:45 

Starts: October 22th 2019

The final exam will take place on February 10th, from 7:45-9:45.
